I quit all football a week ago, so I wasn’t gonna watch it anyway.
Yeah Hank, that split screen nonsense where they kept going back to Simms and McCourty yapping was total bullshit. But hey, at least we got the game without having to jump through a bunch of extra hoops like our neighbors. All hail TSN. Same goes for those pesky Thursday night, Amazon games.
Somehow, I had two channels recording, and one of them had a split screen with the “Talking Heads” discussing every play. That was shit. I don’t know if that feed continued to broadcast that way because I deleted it right away and went to the one that was just normal.
And I’ll take Garrett over Romo.

Thats when I'll quit being a fan. I get brownie points with the wife, because I tell her the reason I stopped watching football is to spend more time with her. If anyone here tells her the truth I'll MotherMarge them. It's only a matter of time before the NFL goes to some sort of a Pay-per-view format for premium games, because they know they've got the people who will pay for it and the ones who are "Outraged" and want to "Boycott" will be back the next week.
They've got us by the balls and they know it.
I watch too much football to do without it, and I don’t want to pirate it.I don't pay a nickel for TV because I'm not a sheep.
Yes sir I do and I'm almost over her, 15 years in the desert with you took a toll on meThats when I'll quit being a fan. @sonnyblack65 you get my drift?
I miss the days when I subscribed to DirecTV and for whatever reasons, they gave me the entire NFL Ticket package for free. This lasted about 6 or 7 years, can't remember the exact dates, but all I know is a few years back, they suddenly stopped offerering it for free, and I was shocked at what they told me was the cost, something like $400. I said thanks, but no thanks and promptly dropped DirectTV.I watch too much football to do without it, and I don’t want to pirate it.
Fortunately it’s relatively cheap compared to years past.

Yeah I was looking for the ratings but didn't find much yet. Got any links?Quick Google search has the Texans/Browns game at 25M viewers, while the Chiefs/Dolphins had 6M.
the shitty thing is with Amazon.Yeah I was looking for the ratings but didn't find much yet. Got any links?
I was pissed and refused to pay to support this movement. Watching games on apps is a pain in the ass and I rarely watched Thursday Night. Rooting for this to fail big time.
I remember when cable was commercial freethe shitty thing is with Amazon.
you pay to watch & still get stuck watching commercials. Like WTF!
if you pay for the channel. You shouldnt have to watch damn commercials!
and cable was 19 dollars a monthI remember when cable was commercial free
For me the delay during commercials back to cable was a pain in the ass. It took so long I may as well just wait out the stupid commercials.the shitty thing is with Amazon.
