The Chicago White Sox are going to be without Jose Abreu during the Minnesota Twins series but he will be back for the weekend.

While I do understand that injuries happen, how much in the homer tank do you have to be to claim the reigning division champs are to be disregarded and looked past to the Yankees...

our bullpen was bad last year, so they invested in it, it's somehow worse
injuries to key players
only guys playing well are buxton, whose hurt, and cruz

never thought in May i could safely say the twins are out, but they're out

I'm sure Sox fans are just as surprised as their Twins counterparts at how poorly your team has played so far this year. But it's a looooooooong season and a lot of shit can still come down the pike. I'm not ready by any stretch to count the Twins out unless or until the day they're mathematically eliminated. Too much talent on the roster to declare that they're cooked in May.
