He is the best defender on the team this year which is saying something.

It is amazing what they are doing now that Timmy is focusing entirely on defense instead of needing to score.
I always wanted to see what he could do in that David Robinson late career role of rebounder/defender.

But, the schedule has been somewhat easy in fairness. The Spurs played quite a few weaklings.

I wouldn't quite go that far...the Spurs were up double digits in that game and their defense faltered in the 3rd and 4th Quarters and allowed Dallas to get back in it. They do match up well, but I definitely don't see Dallas beating them 4 times in a playoff series. Not right now, at least.
