It reflects well on Wilfork, not on NE. He deserves better and I like many others who got out of there he'll realize that when he gets on a new team.

Huh? Vince is getting older... he's expensive and had a significant injury two years ago, time to move on. Same thing the Colts did with Reggie Wayne. I guess they should give Wilfork a 6 year $50M deal just because 'he's been there a while'.

I've been at my Company a while and my Company has never come up to me and said, "Dude, you've BEEN HERE a while, here's a $1M bonus!" Either I keep up performance at a high level or I'm shipped out. Granted the brain has a bit longer shelf life than an athlete's body but once I get older and my brain can't move fast enough, the Company will say, "Dude, retire - we gotta let ya go because this young punk from Stanford is faster/smarter."

Maybe Baltimore if Ngata doesn't restructure his 16 mil this yr, Vince is a little older and not quite as versatile but very good and half the price.....Love Haloti but Vince would fill in nicely with our young gun and he is the only Patriot that I actually like.....I'm sure that will be a major factor in Ozzie's decision,
