I would say development and blowouts. I don't worry too much about the recruiting, we get some very good athletes. They just need coaching. Although a few "elite" guys every class can't hurt.

Well I don't believe getting rid of coaches every 3 to 5 years is any way to run a college football program. Go look at the colleges that do every 3 to 5 years and see what the recorod has been through the cycle. It takes time for coaches to build their craft. Nick Saban wasn't at one time nothing more than an above average coach at MichST. He took his whippings to and Tom Osborne was the coach that gave him the biggest whipping of his coaching career. Believe me we need to let Bo and his staff work. Bo being able to keep his staff together his a huge thing. Changing postion coaches out every year is a step back every time this happens. The players need to learn and trust their position coach and to believe in what they are being taught will help them. If players don't trust the coaches or believe in what the coaches are teaching you go no where.

Never said I did either and if you look back I said willing to give bo 5 more years which is 11 all together. That gives his staff like 6-7 year together so that enough to see if things are improving or simple stuck in neutral

But these blowouts have to stop and if they keep happening he might not last another 5 years. Bc blowout to mich osu n wisky are one thing but if they happen to Purdue nwestern psu or gulp Indy then we have a huge problem

But like I said I'd give him 5 but we gotta see improvement this schedule isn't death row or sec like so let's cash in

I think 5 or 6 seasons for a coach is a good deal of time to see where you are at. Sorry, but if after 5 or 6 seasons a school like Nebraska hasn't seen a BCS bowl or a conference title and it gets their asses blown up twice a season, then why keep at it? We have all the resources to get another top notch coach. Nebraska is still a destination job. I think Bo should get another two years, but again, we forget how everyone loses their mind after every loss.

My sentiments exactly, especially regarding the blow outs. To look at the deer in the head lights look these guys get makes me want to start throwing things.

And I lose my mind after every loss but I don't get it back until we get a decent win. I'm still sitting on 2 losses from the end of last year, one of Pelini's and Nebraska's worst ever.

My fuse will be very short this season.
