Now that I'm a diabetic, it's turkey, salami and swiss cheese on a bagel with a maximum of 28 very small pretzel sticks and 6 almonds for dessert. Drink was called ICE, no carbs.

It sucks, but I guess I pigged out enough earlier in my life.

Just pulled some onions, jalps, basil, cilantro, bell peppers, and tomatos from my garden and made a badass salsa.
