This was my 4th of July (I flew back to the US). Gotta do that yourself here too (I just put shoulder in the oven though, no outdoor space or grill let alone a smoker). They can't make BBQ sauce right, too sweet.

I've got 18 pounds of Boston Butt in the smoker (since 10pm last night), and home made BBA sauce on the stove. Pulled pork with home made sauce ... throw in some potatoes and we are good go go.

Love enchiladas. My wife is spanish and makes some kick ass green chili burritos.
