Alabama is not going to get in unless a rash of teams acquire another loss to make 2. None of which looks like it’ll happen.

The Sec could get 2 teams in if Georgia beats an undefeated LSU in the sec champ game. But Alabama right now is on the outside looking in. You’ll see that in tomorrow’s rankings.

For the SEC to not get any team at all into the playoffs, then we'd need a lot to happen.

1- LSU may need to lose to Texas A&M, and then later lose to UGA in the SECCG.
2- UGA needs to lose to Texas A&M for their 2nd loss, then beat LSU in the SECCG.
3- Alabama loses to Auburn.

With the above, LSU, UGA, and Alabama would all have two losses. Texas A&M, even with late season strong wins, would still have three losses.

We all know a 1-loss SECCG winner is in.

Brando has been a hysterical 8th grade girl ever since the 2012 BCSCG. He’s a whiny little bitch of Crapernick proportions.

Is it because their best win is over a tepid 7-3 Texas A&M?

Is it because the cumulative records of their opponents (including 10-0 LSU) is 48-54?

Is it because they are getting ready for their late-season FCS cupcake?

Tell us!

True but left out in favor of Bama and Oklahoma. The only year so far where a 1 loss "traditional power" has got left out in favor of a non blue blood was 15 when UW got in while OSU did not .

In every other year if youre a traditional power with 1 loss you are in unless theres more than 1 of you

UW got in in 16, and tOSU got in that year as well.

The SEC Champion will definitely get in. THAT, is a reality.
