"Never underestimate the power and prestige he’d get by restoring the #Lakers to prominence. It would literally lift his legacy and brand higher than it already is."

-Vincent Bonsignore

And make no mistake, James knows this.

If it's just him and his wife it would indicate he's here to sign on the dotted line.

If he had the entire family? Vacation.

It feels like my birthday, Christmas, and everything all rolled into one.

Like I took a time machine and went back to age 10 or so.

I don't think they have any interest in him after the first go-around.

It will be Lebron’s team once he signs. I hope you know that lol

From the standpoint that he'd be the best player, and would have input on things? Sure. But much like Pat Riley was the guy in Miami, Magic is running the show

Pat might have ran the show, but my point is if Lebron wants a player I guarantee he gets what he wants. Which makes sense

You're just mad/bitter because he held your team hostage.

I’m not mad at all. He won us a ship. The Lakers haven’t been revelant in almost a decade. I’m greatful for Lebron coming back

Scared is definitely the wrong word.

Almost guaranteed finals trips in the East is the source if my thinking.

Like I have always said though, a Finals trip doesn't count for all that much unless your team actually has a chance to win once they get there. The Cavs did not at all this year, and they didn't have much of one last year either.

Then probably not a good idea to make a definitive saying they are as tough as Golden St.

The latter has been to 4 straight NBA Finals, and won 3 of the last 4.

They have a team that consists of two top 5 NBA players along with 2 other all star players, one of which is a DPOY.

Boston doesn't have anywhere near the same cache. They have potential to be really good, but potential and actually doing something are two completely different things.

And, Boston's ceiling just isn't as high as Golden state's. Even if every player on their roster maxes out their potential, they aren't going to have 2 of the top 5 players in the league unless they make some moves.

Boston's a good team. But they're not as tough as Golden St.

I mean they have more depth than GS but star power, of course not. Can they be like that Pistons team, that has a lot of very good players and maybe a couple of underrated future HOFrs? Who knows but they have to stay healthy first. They will be favorite like the Cavs every year in the East, msot likely, just with more talent without the superstar. Kyrie is too injury prone for me to call him a star anymore imo
