I like Pacific Time for Sundays, but it is less good for Monday and Thursday night ball. I would have to say probably Mountain, even though that's the one time zone I have not lived in.

I love the Monday/Thursday start times. I get home around 4 PM, get my daily make lunch/cat box/garbage out stuff done. Enjoy a nice happy hour with a good book while game records, then enjoy a leisurely dinner. Assist ball and chain with clean up, then disappear for aerobic recorded game viewing and all finished before 9 PM.

Pacific time zone, specifically Las Vegas.

Only drawback is the London games starting at 6AM. That's a bit too early.

East coast time was great when I was younger. Sleep late on Sunday and see all the games.
Now I'm up at 5:30 AM every day and never see the end of the night game.
Except for Super bowl, even if the Pats don't make it.
Those five hour energy shots do the trick for that.

long as you have cold beer, wings and nobody constantly asking questions about the game its good in any time zone

And when the Cowboys win its even better sadly that has been hit or miss over the last 20 years
