Bradley came in to be the father figure he never had and help bring him up as a good coach. So far he is doing a good job.
Then how do we explain the complete change in Holgorsen's sideline actions? His change in press conferences and halftime comments to reporters? I think Bradley has had a lot to do with this change, and I credit Holgorsen for using his assistants as personal help for himself, not just as position coaches.
Who knows? The changes could be due to any number of reasons.
When one is in charge of any group of people… business… sport teams… military… they usually meet with their superior and assess year end results and performances. Identify problems, identify what works… what doesn't… and brain storm ideas on how to improve.
Dana stated after the conclusion of 2013 that he had to sit down and evaluate the program and work on how to improve it going forward.
Doesn't it make sense that either he… his supervisor (Luck)… or one of his assistant coaches suggested he modify his sideline behavior? Doesn't it make sense that he has been doing this HC thing a few years now… and he understands the importance of his behavior and wants to strive to be better?
While Bradley is a well respected coach, he had no connection to Dana before last February. I find it difficult to believe an outside source could make such a quick and decisive impact.
Many times an outsider is the one to suggest changes that insiders can't or won't see, in business there is a reason they bring in outsiders to do evaluations many times. I would imagine after last season, Luck probably had Holgorsen, and at least the coordinators if not all the coaches on the carpet. I tend to think it is more likely that Bradley is the guy who talked to Holgorsen about his image, rather than long time buds, just my opinion, but it is more likely than him just waking up one day and deciding to be a different guy.Who knows? BB, with the threads you and your alter egos started today, you have no credibility whatsoever to ever be calling anyone a troll again. Bill Dance doesn't have as much bait as you've thrown out today. Talk about insecure, WOW.
I just want to say - fuck Bill Dance and his ugly ass hat.
I don't know who Bill Dance is.
Are you gonna give me the list of D-line recruits…I am growing inpatient…
And please… don't call me a troll. I'm very insecure… and, it will kill my ego. I really hope you don't think I'm a troll. Please tell me you're just messing with me. You are messing with me… right?
Oh yeah… would you go back to Stewart's last couple of recruiting classes… and give me the scoop on those QB's… RB's… WR's… D-linemen…. well… you get the picture.
Actually… you don't… or won't…
Now you done it. You made us, at a minimum, 1/4 troll. Thanks.
Just check High Street in Motown. I hear there are a few unexploded canisters laying around.I'm going to tear gas this thread.

I don't think it's that complicated...the guy came in a shit storm was thrown into the HC job early...and now he's finally comfortable in his own skin...that's my takeaway at least when I listen to his pressers..he's actually pretty funny dude...
Since we're all one voice, I shouldn't be disagreeing with you... but, I think there has been some serious PR work done with Dana since he took over. I do agree with you... some of the change we see with him is due to his comfort zone.
But, there have been some pretty dramatic changes... and, I don't think they're all due to normal development.
