I looked at enough to say it looks damming enough in terms of tampering. There was some deflation in general for both teams but consistently the Patriot's footballs were more deflated.
And the conversations were specific enough to prove it.

The only question is how much Brady knew specifically or in just a general sense.

I'd have to say some type of suspension is likely. It's just a question of what. I don't know if the Pats will lose a draft pick although it's certainly possible.

The only thing going for him is that he's still Tom Brady one of the more recognizable faces of the NFL.

Yeah I would say the parts about the guy asking for a bribe and then actually being found with Brady memorabilia that he had requested being at his house is pretty damning of the situation. I honestly don't think the deflating the football part is that big of a deal. It is the lying to the NFL and the bribes that make it that much of a bigger deal. The NFL doesn't really like getting lied to as we saw with Ray Rice saying the incident wasn't that bad then the video came out and man did the NFL have egg on their face. The NFL is still bigger than Brady or the Patriots so I can see them being pretty pissed that the 2 weeks before the Super Bowl were not actually focused on the game itself but on them trying to once again do illegal activities to get a leg up in a game. Throw in then Brady and others just laughing it off like it wasn't a big deal then Kraft demanding an apology for the NFL even thinking the Patriots had done something illegal.

Agreed. The ball(s) in question had no effect on the outcome of the AFC championship game. The Colts were beaten soundly and we all saw it. Ravens game? Totally different story there.
