There is a reason we traded for Trey Lance. What is disappointing is that our defense was so outclassed. Kellen Moore was not the problem last year.

We have in just over three quarters given up more points to the 49ers than the Rams, Steelers, and Giants did and as many as tight Cardinals did. Overrated. Let’s see if Dak can get some points in scrub time.

Purdy is really good. Shanahan does have a great system, but the kid is smart, does a great job of reading defenses and is super accurate and on time. Has a lot of Drew Brees to him

I could see the Cowboys not extending Dak. The season is on the verge of imploding. At most the best to hope for is a wild card. They playing like trash.

That’s about it After the second pick and subsequent TD. I didn’t have a good feeling about this game as we got closer and closer.

it’s like shanahan is playing chess and McCarty checkers. One offense looks like it is set up to force the defense to choose who to cover and then run a player into the open area left behind and the other looks like a bunch of guys out there just running independent patterns. It may work with two of the all time great QBs I guess.

No they will not unless he plays smarter and it’s the right call IMO. I said he will earn or not earn his next contract this year and so far he hasn’t.

Two really poor decisions and throws on the interceptions. wasn't accurate tonight at all on a bunch of throws and just made poor decisions too. At this point in your career you have to know to just throw the ball away when you are outside of the pocket. You have to be aware of defenders who are in the area but not in man coverage on the guy you lock in on. He just doesn’t seem to be able to do what needs to be done on the mental side of the game. Just look at how Purdy seems to know where to go with the ball and then is able to complete the pass As well. you don’t need to have an arm like Herbert to succeed in this league. You have to be able to read a defense per and post snap and know where to throw it and just as importantly where not to throw it And you need to be able to complete the pass when it’s there
