Zone or man Diggs is most likely running an option route. Breeland was playing inside technique, you fake inside to make the DB go back on his heels then break outside. Easy play if you run a good route. You can do the same thing if the DB plays outside technique just vice versa.

Almost impossible to cover, dont care who you are.
