What do you Niner fans think of Shanny? The media thinks he is a top coach.

I personally think he's way over-rated. Makes a good initial game plan but cannot make adjustments when its not working. This is year 5 for Shanahan and the team is in last place again. They've finished in last place every season under him except the one Super Bowl year and his absurd play calling at the end of that game cost them that one as well.
His drafting and free agent signings have pretty much been a disaster as well. Mortgaged the future for Trey Lance so that better work or he's gone and the next coach will be hamstrung with no top picks

We have been through those types of years of pain, Montalban. Like decades of it. So we here on the Rams board know what that is like.

Many pundits in the sports world have Shanahan on the hot seat. We shall see how that plays out. Hang in there dude.

Shanahan knows McVay inside and out so he had better change things up Monday night. The Rams need to toughen up because losing Woods left a big hole in the Rams chances to get to the SB. They better never allow another team to beat them up like the Titans did last week. Its all about the trenches. They all owe that to Woods the hardest working man on the team.

RAMS must come out with their hair on fire. Speeded up, flying around, gang tackling It's a national stage, new stars to show and a team we haven't beat in 4 tries. Show losing Woods won't keep them down. If RAMS can't get hyped for this one I won't believe it.

There is no room for McVay to do the Going-soft-because-I'm-playing-my-friend crap because the Cardinals have given the Rams yet another opportunity to stay with them and outright win the division for a first round bye and possibly getting all play-off games in the West coming to SoFi which is the ideal.
