Gainesville probably looked a lot like Fredericksburg when I grew up there 30 years ago. Now, its insane as are most places considered rural to DC.

Fredericksburg was a major metropolis compared to gainesville 30 years ago. Gainesville had a gas station, seafood restaurant and a junkyard. That's about it.
