Sorry Boston, but now you know how devils fans feel about the canes. Its sort of shell shocking.. But congrats for a great season... I was pulling for you all, but the Hawks have a great team... Good job to all... we feel your pain though... you all will be remembering this game for a long time....

Different stage with it being the Finals but yeah its the first thing I thought about when it happened. Same type of cold sweat came over me. Imagine if that happened in a Game 7.

Scary, did all of us simulataneously have a flashback to that Canes series? Stomach punch game for sure. I was hoping for game 7 but Hawks were clearly the best team this year. I don't agree with the Conn Smythe selection (I thought Duncan Keith was far and away their best player), but that makes 3 straight Americans.

I thought about that as well. True though that it happened to us in the first round. Anyway, I got the Final I wanted (with the Devils having not made the playoffs) which was cool. I respect both teams but I sided with Chicago because they made me happy by beating Philly a few years ago. At least the NHL is interesting and you don't know who will win it all. Completely different from the boring NBA and even more boring Miami Cheat.
