Ways to make my chicken better

I grill and eat tons of chicken, protein, protein, protein.

But im getting bored with my current cooking methods.............any cooking suggestions or spice/sauce suggestions?

Keep in mind im on a diet, and dont want things that add tons of calories. Ok thanks

like any spice combos, or quick glazes, or different, semi-quick coooking methods

Fry yer chicken..salt and pepper en sech...till browned. Remove, add a little more lubricant of yer choice. Add 4th to a 1/2 cup of chopped onions, cook till translucent. Add few cloves of minced garlic, cook til ya smell it. crank heat up. Deglaze with cup of white wine. Add cup of chicken stock. Two tsp. of dried tarragon. Add chicken back in, and cook for 10 to 15 min. remove chicken and cover with foil. Reduce mixture by half. Add cup of cream. (Since yer on a diet, I'm sure half and half would suffice). Thicken. Season with salt and pepper and poor over anything.

Marinate with vinegar or lemon juice based marinades. Use some lite olive oil, your choice of seasonings and emulsify it real quick with a wire wisp. The acidic vinegar or lemon juice penetrates pretty quickly, adds great flavor and is simple. Lemon pepper is a good seasoning that people underrate. Grill, bake, braise, broil,......you cant go wrong. Just don't leave it marinating overnight unless you make a bunch up in individual bags and freeze so you can just thaw and cook whenever down the line.
