Yes, Eichorst couldn't take it anymore after the great comeback win on the road at Iowa to cap a 9-3 season........he had seen enough of that horseshit, so he made a snap decision and fired Bo without a plan.

Then, since he didn't have a plan, he said, "OH FUCK!!!! I better reach out to some loser so I can just get SOMEONE to come!!!"

Eichorst is that stupid. He is just a complete idiot with an IQ of 64.

We'll see, RA.

Like I said, I'll eat my crow. Will ye?

Of course I will. I'd be happy to be eatin' a heapin' helping of crow next year at this time.

Or the year after.

Or the year after.

Or the year after.

RA......comon' meng.

Eichorst has been working on this deal since last year.

You don't just hire a 61 year old guy out of the blue and say, "Here you go, folks!! I don't know if he'll be around for more than a few years, but he's gonna be pretty fuckin good I bet!!!"

No, there is a long-term plan to go with this short-term plan.

The only good I can see out of this hire is if Frost or another high profile assistant is hired as the offensive coordinator to replace Riley in 3 or 4 years.

Some losing seasons coming up for Nebraska, thanks to Pederson's cousins Eichorst and Perlman.

Nate, you only show up to say dumbfuck things.

Pretty much whatever you're agreeing with, if anyone else is agreeing with you, I completely lump you all into one dumbfuck category.

You're all wrong, because you agree with Nate.

I don't think we'll see losing seasons. Maybe the first year as a new system is being installed, but after that they should win at least 6 year in and year out.

I don't see conference championships though.

I think as fans we look into this stuff too deeply. Like there's some secret behind the scenes plan to greatness.

Of everybody I saw interviewed in the media today when asked why Riley was a great hire, there was a long pause as they thought and all they could get out was "he's a great guy".

They'd then start talking about how great he recruited Texas and California, and how great he is at developing players and the success he's brought to Oregon St. Then the interviewer would ask why it hasn't translated onto the field in wins and they revert back to "but he's such a nice guy".

Riley is a nice guy. Obviously that's more important than his won loss record. :L

I wonder how well he'll be liked next year when his team sucks.

All I saw was the thread title. Haven't read 1 post in this thread. One question.

Is this thread as stupid as it seems?

Riley "will be" the savior you boyz have longed for since Osborne. He just needs the tools to succeed with> He goes as far as his athletes want to go. IF NOT...beers on me.

Mikes a run first, toss the rwak second kinda guy. Loves his TEs and O-line.
