I'm looking for a huge bounce back game from the Warriors tonight. They seemed to have finally unlocked something in those last few minutes against the Cavs. The Warriors played with desperation and stopped playing like the series was a given to them. Things I'll look for tonight:

1) More quick passes off the high double on Curry. Instead of Draymond settling for that 3 point shot, he needs to hedge in a bit and attack the defense on a 4 on 3. Lee did a great job of this when he was in, mostly because Lee can't shoot from the outside.

2) More energy. Play like this is the finals and your back is up against the wall. Dive for the loose ball. Put your body on the line. You have all off-season to recover.

3) Hit open shots. Seriously.

I find it amazing how scoring blame can fall on a guy who averaged 6 points a game during the season. LOL.

Last game:
Draymond - 7 points on 2-10 shooting
Klay - 14 points on 6-16 shooting
HB - 0 points on 0 for 8 shooting.

The Warriors lost by 5 points. But yeah, clearly Boguts fault.

Ooops..meant to put this in here for my pal greg, not in the friggin grizzlies series thread.....lol...my bad.

Dude....STFU!!!
OMG.
What the hell is your major malfunction?....stop the stalking & trolling.

You're splitting hairs out of desperation to prove a point which is baseless and ridiculous.

btw: unfortunately no one comes to this site, which is why no one is else is chiming in.

So knock off the silly obsession....and try to understand what's really going on, if you're able.

The cause for their subpar play is a myriad of things.

BOGUT. IS. NOT. THE. PROBLEM.

As far as I'm concerned, that's all I'll say on the matter.
End of topic.

Capisce???

You do know that I never placed the entire blame of the Warrior losses on Bogut, right? I've talked about Green's inability to have a mid-range game, his loss of his 3-pt shot, Barnes sudden inability to hit open 3-pointers, etc. I simply went back to an argument that was held during the Warrior/Grizzly series....the idea that Bogut did not have to score because he's so good at everything else (which isn't at all true). My problem with Bogut is that he's not even trying to score when he gets the ball in areas where any other center would put up a shot. If he just took the shots that are open to him, whether he made them or not, I'd be satisfied. Cleveland has figured out that they don't need to worry about Bogut scoring because he's become afraid to shoot the ball. When the defense can slough off of a team's center then they're allowed to put more pressure on the other 4 players. It's not rocket science, boys. Bogut has to get out of his unwillingness to put the ball up when he's wide open from 8 feet and in. He can't worry about if he gets fouled and has to go to the FT line and possibly miss some free throws.

Now to debunk your statement that I placed all of the blame on Bogut, I've copied a post that I made after game 3 below. Pay special attention to what I've put in bold-facing. They are my statements where I've said that other players on the team also didn't play well.

"Curry has got to be aggressive from the get-go. He needs to cause the defense of the Cavs to panic about Curry rather than have Curry be shy or timid to jack up his shot. Once Curry establishes his offense, then Curry's passing game will emerge and the other guys will start to get going. Right now anyone other than Curry or Thompson and AI9 are being very hesitant to shoot, like they don't want to shoot for fear of missing. The people were right, Golden State's never being in the finals is harming them. While Cleveland's guys are shooting with no care at all, Draymond Green and Harrison Barnes look like they've never seen a basketball in their lives when it comes to offense. We've reached the point where it's time for David Lee to get some playing time. He doesn't mind shooting the ball. He's comfortable as an offensive player. He's also a good rebounder and a good passer for a big man."

LOL again.

You once again fail to comprehend how a basketball TEAM works. This is your argument on Bogut:

Greg: Why is that Prius not fast?
Salesman: Because it's not intended to be fast. It's intended to be fuel efficient.

Greg: But it's a car right?
Salesman: Yes.

Greg: Then it should be fast.
Salesman: No, not necessarily. You see the Prius has a fuel efficiency in place to make it so that it's environmentally friendly, it saves you on expensive gas and it still gets you to the same place you need to go.

Greg: But Ferrari's are fast. A Prius should be fast too.
Salesman: But it's not the same thing. You get that right.

Greg: That's where you're wrong. A Ferrari is car and it's fast. A Prius is also a car and needs to be fast.
Salesman: ??????

Greg: So the Prius is pretty much useless because it doesn't go fast.
Salesman: Well the Prius is also a very safe vehicle. It has so many features and does so many different things.

Greg: But a Ferrari is fast. Prius is not. You guys are idiots. Prove to me that a Ferrari is not fast.
Salesman: Wait, what? We never said a Ferrarri wasn't fast.

Greg: Nailed it. See you guys are stupid.

Just to let you know, I don't have to shut the fuck up just because you order me to. I'm simply bringing back your old argument that "Bogut doesn't need to score". How about since Draymond Green came in second for the defensive POY that we also excuse him from having to score as well? It's the same logic that you use for Bogut. Then, we could have only 3 players in the game when Bogut and Green are in who the Cavs have to worry about scoring. Make sense? Well, it should to you. Let's have a team where guys don't have to score so that the other team can get away with only guarding as few of our guys as possible.

You say above "BOGUT. IS. NOT. THE. PROBLEM.", but answer this question....Is Bogut having a good series? Has he thrown the ball after receiving it two feet from the basket out to players who are 25 feet from the goal? Has Bogut been thoroughly outplayed by both Mosgov and Thompson? Have you read the articles asking "where are Golden State's big men" in this finals series?

Also, as I stated to CS in my post to him, I went into great depth about how other players weren't playing well, specifically Barnes and Green. So, since I stated that, how can you act as though I'm saying that "Bogut is THE problem"? To me, he is ONE OF THE PROBLEMS thus far in the series. He's averaging 3.3 points per game and he won't shoot the ball when he's wide open. Some passing is good, but not when you're 7 feet tall and you have the ball 4-5 feet from the basket. He can use either hand fairly well. He should attempt a few more shots as long as they are good open shots. No one else on the team is as timid as Bogut is on offense.

Now, I guess it's time for me to accuse you of "stalking and trolling" like you've accused me of. You're basically saying that since I've called you out for your absurd point that Bogut "doesn't have to score" that this amounts to "stalking and trolling", in addition to the other asanine things that you've referred to my posts as. When you post, you're posting and telling me to STFU, but that's okay. That's "tough guy talk", right. When I lay out logic, facts and statistics to back up my posts, I'm a stalker or a troll.

You're a piece of work, Yoga. I can remember when it was hard for me to admit when I was wrong. Then I graduated from high school. LOL

Greg,

How often do you pull a dollar out of your wallet and yell at it for not being a hundred dollar bill?

Follow up question: How often do you do you yell at the Chef of a restaurant for not bringing you a refill on your beverage?

Additional follow up question: How often do you beat a dead horse?

Wow, what a bunch of time wasted. You could have spent time actually addressing my post. I imagine I know why you didn't try to address my post. It has no flaws. So, skirt around the facts and my actual post so that you can type of some supposed funny post in an effort to put me down. You've showed the easy way out.

You are delusional, a narcissist, and completely inept when it comes to understanding basketball. The reason I don't "argue" with you is because I've tried to explain to you in the past, yet you have no comprehension.

Your basketball knowledge is no better than "score more points than the other team and you win".

Enjoy though.

Answers:

1) never

2) never

3) until the one I'm defeating in the argument is shamed or else admits he's wrong. Yoga and you've took the route of being shamed because you didn't present any evidence, logic or facts that came close to refuting any of what I posted.

I hope Bogut comes out of his shell tonight and lights it up with maybe 6-8 points and forces Cleveland to have to defend him honestly.

Listen, if you just want to type of little quips that amount to insults, why don't you just stop? It's childish and it pales in comparison to my lengthy and in-depth posts that took a good deal of time to present. My posts which attempt to debate topics are undeserving of the name-calling that you and Yoga have resorted to.

I've produced so much evidence that you ignored repeatedly that there is no use arguing with you. You circle back to inane stances that no one ever argued about with you in the first place. You're really, really delusions. Not one person on this board thinks you're right, yet you hold strong. Your commitment to being uninformed is something to behold.

Well, if I'm delusional and I have nothing more to say than "score more points than the other team and you win", than use my posts to point that out to me and everyone else.

You've made up ideas where I've said that "it's all Bogut's fault", but I then showed you a post I made where I blamed several other players for playing poorly. I continue to shoot down any arguments that you and Yoga have put forth, though there have hardly been many true arguments as of late....just stupid little comments that didn't attempt to address any of the content of my posts.

Rock on, CS, and keep on pretending that Bogut's lack of offense isn't hurting the team. Keep on acting as though I've placed all of the blame on Bogut despite my actual posts placing blame on various players' performances, etc.

By the way, the way I post is the model for how people should discuss and debate topics. Take notes if you want.

"so much evidence", huh? Well, it's a damn shame you couldn't produce any "evidence" now. Did you forget it already? Did you not compare Bogut to other lesser paid centers in the game and realize that he should be performing better than he has? Do you think that his 3.3 ppg is good? Is that a solid contribution to a team trying to win a championship?

"You're really, really delusions". Yep, nice job, there, CS. I think the problem you guys have is that I can take on both of you simultaneously and whip you both.

Finally, feel free to show how my stance that Bogut shouldn't be so timid on offense is rooted in be being "uninformed". Know this, I fully do not expect either of you to address any of the facts that I'm discussing. You've clearly turned your brains off and are in attack below the belt mode. Carry on and I'll continue to take the high road.

Predictable. You're lazy.

"please show me where i wrote..."

"go back and quote yourself word for word..."

You haven't shot down a single argument I've produced. Ever. Go back and read, and you'll see that not once have you ever factually or intelligibly countered any of my stances regarding strategy. Because.....you don't understand it.

You still can't comprehend what type of offense the Warriors run. You can't understand simple things like Bogut's strengths lie in things that don't show up on a stat sheet. I don't fault you for that. But please stop calling me out because it's tiresome.
