Hey Hey Draymond...

He came up big tonight. That Michigan State background along side of Izzo's coaching him got him back on track tonight. Big Game experience Winners blood ! Nice game.

Bogut played only 3 min......but those were 3 BIG min....as he had 1 asst. 2 reb. & 1 blk.

Plus he had an impact on the game by doing what no one else was able to do.....
He put Lebron on his ass
by challenging his shot in the 2nd qtr which sent him falling into the crowd along the baseline, slamming his head into the tv camera...which subsequently left him dazed for pretty much the remainder of the game.
The only thing that I don't like to see from Bogut is his "holding" foul. You don't get away that often as you do in the regular season.

Kerr said after the game that he lied to everyone before the game saying Bogut would start. He wanted to keep secret his strategy before the game and not give the Cavs a heads up. Smart and I had to laugh as he apologised to the press after saying they don't give the NBA Trophy to people who have morality. They give it to who wins. We forgive you Steve....hee hee ....right on..A winner. Popavich taught him well.

Everyone grabs and holds....it's a part of the game unfortunately.
I just wish the refs called it evenly on both sides more than they do.

You could see Cleveland really wear down in this game (12 points 4th Quarter). The Warriors have to come out and pound on the Cavs and never let up especially LeBron who took some hard fouls tonight and his point total was cut in half from what he has been putting up for the series.

KEY...Pound the Cavs into submission. Never let up. James and Delevadova are really feeling the hard knocks and all the bouncing around on the court. Do not let LeBron beat you. Period !

First of all, let me give you the biggest LOL I can possibly give you for acting as though Bogut had any impact on the game for the 3 minutes that he played. Also, that must have been an imaginary block by Bogut. The stats don't record a block for him. He also only had one rebound, not two and he had one turnover, plus 3 fouls in 3 minutes. Yep, he was the "player of the game" in your mind.

Who do you think you're fooling by saying that Bogut had a "big impact on the game"? Bogut's only impact he had was the fact that he was benched. As far as Bogut rough foul on Lebron, it was almost a flagrant foul and if he'd simple moved his feet a little bit he would have been able to be in good position to defend properly on James.

You seem to be proud of the fact that James' head was cut due to Bogut's tackling of him. This idea that Lebron was dazed for the remainder of the game is only in your imagination. Your desperate attempt to build up Bogut is pathetic. Bogut was benched for his lack of good play against the Cavs. Bogut is completely overmatched by Thompson and Mosgov, which is why they benched Bogut and why Bogut only played 3 minutes and had a fairly embarrassing stat line....you know, the REAL one, not the one you fabricated above.

When playing against other teams, Bogut can and has been effective. The Cavs front line, though, are much younger and quicker than Bogut, and they simply get up in the air much better than Bogut. It was a great decision to bench Bogut and, like I said, he's basically through for the most part, in this series. He's not competitive against the Cavs' front line. Lee and AI9 will pick up Bogut's minutes. Bogut will get some minutes here and there, maybe in mop-up duty if the game is lopsided.

I was also happy to see how the Warriors changed up their defensive game plan on James. While Iguodala played James very well for the most part, the Dubs did some good doubling on James, with Curry many times leaving Dellevedova alone to help out with his quick hands on James. This defensive ploy left James passing for much of the game and the guards for Cleveland, Shumpert, J.R. Smith and Dellevadova shot 20% from the field, going 7 for 35.

Curry looked like he was going to play the entire second half (didn't sit down to begin the 3rd quarter like he normally does), but they sat him once the Dubs had the game won. I think he went to the bench with around 3 minutes left and with GS up by about 15. If it was necessary, he wouldn't have sat down any. This was a must win game and the Dubs came up big.

Good Morning, Dub Nationites.

I trust everyone slept really good last night after that sweet win...I know I did....I slept like a baby.

It's now 2 down, and 2 to go.

Thank Buddha It's Friday!!!

So, you aren't going to address your exaggerated and false stat-line that you posted about Bogut from from last night's game? Have you just given up any ties that you had to credibility?

Also, what does it say about a player when he's benched? Does it say "this guy has really been coming up big for us", or "this guy is just not helping the team at all...I think I'll bench him"?

Guess who's back!

LOL, I was reminded there is a block/ignore function which will suit me well.

Here's were my keys to the game previous to game 4:

1) More quick passes off the high double on Curry. Instead of Draymond settling for that 3 point shot, he needs to hedge in a bit and attack the defense on a 4 on 3. Lee did a great job of this when he was in, mostly because Lee can't shoot from the outside.

2) More energy. Play like this is the finals and your back is up against the wall. Dive for the loose ball. Put your body on the line. You have all off-season to recover.

3) Hit open shots. Seriously.

I'd say they hit the check mark with each of these. One thing I didn't see coming was the adjustment Kerr and staff made to the starting lineup. I love that they are willing to take risks and lay it on the line. The shortened rotation also helped too. The Warriors have had the luxury of resting all season, and I think now is where the shortened rotation should shine. Great games from, well everyone really. Special shouts though to AI9, Sdot and Draymond though. They were game changers yesterday.

Don't you want to add Bogut to the "shout out" list? Yoga thought that in his 3 minutes/3 fouls of PT that he had a "major impact on the game." LOL

It'll be interesting to see what Kerr does from here on out. I would imagine the old "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" would apply and that Andre will start again. He's been our best player on the floor this series. I would imagine the Warriors will go to a 7 man rotation with Barbosa and Bogut playing spot minutes as needed.

I'm curious to see how the Cavs counter. They can't do much by way of lineup changes, otherwise they take out one of their two bigs in Mozgof or Thompson and they really can't afford to lose either.

Yeah, Bogut may get some minutes, but it'll just be to give someone a breather so they can get them (Lee, Iguodala) back into the game. Given that Bogut can't seem to get a shot off against either Mosgov or Thompson, he'll just be in there to rebound a bit and to play a little bit of defense.

Most likely the way the Cavs will counter is to continue to take advantage of Mosgov on Green, possibly trying to get Green or Lee in foul trouble and to force Bogut to come back in the game so that they can again play 5 on 4 against the Warriors since they won't have to guard Bogut.

Also Greg, I've crushed you in every single argument we've ever had. Not sure how you've felt you won? LOL.

Why don't you start a poll? See who people think is right? LOL.

You know, if Bogut keeps on having these "big impact" games like he had in game 4, and if they end up winning the title, we may end up having our first Australian born finals MVP.

I look for the Cavs to start to play more guys in each game for the rest of the series. Regardless of how many proper adjustments the Cavs might make for game 5 and the rest of the series, they just cannot hold up for 48 minutes playing only 7 players against the run and gun Warriors. The Warriors may play as many as 10 players. Cleveland has to get some of their guys out there to put in some minutes and keep their first 7 fresh(er). Perhaps Mike miller and Shawn Marion and whoever else they can toss out there who can run and shoot will prevent them from running out of gas as the game wears on.

Game 5 Half

Cavs 50

Warriors 51

LaBron has 20 points already . Smith has 14.The Warriors can not let James walk the ball upcourt in the 2nd half. They must challenge him and use every ounce of energy James has in his body. The key still is ..do not let LeBron beat you.

The Warriors came out and got a few nice dunks. Curry has 15 and looks loose. Green with 10 and Barbosa has a big 9 off the bench . Got to get the slash brothers going in the 2nd half and run the Cavs off the court.

Wear them down boys. Everything is cool ...Klay is out back playing basketball with strangers. hee hee

Go Warriors !!

Game 5 Finals

Cavs 91

Warriors 104

Rocking the House was the theme for this Sunday June 14,2015. Two MVP's stepped to the middle of the court..two warriors of the game today. Steph Curry and LeBron James pushed all their chips into the middle of the pot. Only one man could scoop up the chips at the end and that Man was the Man they call Curry.

What a unbelievable Finals everyone has been treated to as both teams have given every once of energy in their body they can. Money's worth...what a understatement. James had 40 points ,14 rebounds, and 11 assists. He was hitting shots from downtown San Jose. Unreal effort by the former MVP ..a Champion of the game who gave it his all and tried to will his team to a Game 5 win.

The Warriors game plan was to wear James down but it's hard to stop a Champion. Tonight the Warriors just had too much fire power for a undermanned Cavs team. The Warriors came to play in front of a loud crazy ass crowd that is hungry for fresh meat and a Championship. They rocked and rolled all night as the new MVP lead them to victory. Steph Curry has swagger ..he has grace..he is a Man from outer space. Boom shots from the rafters and darting drives to the hole. He got a key offensive rebound in the 4th quarter which was key to the victory. Steph went for 37 points , 7 rebounds and 4 assists. He showed everyone that he is ready to wear the crown .

Green showed up again with his intensity and fire scoring 16 and 9 rebounds. Iguodola was huge again tonight banging in some 3's and he showed his swagger walking all the way back down court after hammering a shot. Barbosa was the surprise shooter of the night hitting for 13 key points ..9 of which came in the 1st half.

Just a overall blast of a game where a Warriors team has totally come together playing their game as LeBron just keeps coming at them. The crown is out there to be taken...go get it boys.

Tonight it was all about the Man..he is the Man with a plan and his name is Steph Curry.

Go Warriors !!

"Tonight it was all about the Man..he is the Man with a plan and his name is Steph Curry."

Can you imagine how it must feel like to shoot like Curry? Wow, almost all of his threes were very difficult ones.

I liked how Mark Jackson made a comparison with Curry's shot and Chris Jackson/Abdul-Rauf. I'll be extremely surprised if Curry's shot doesn't start to be copied and start to appear in the NBA 10 years from now.
