perry would be amazing but with the new contract limits no way would we be able to get him this year.

7 years max and he will easily be asking for $10 million.

i really dont see how the nhl will go forward with deals like that. who can have a guy making that money in REAL cap hit?

Doubt pominville is available, Perry yes but he's gonna cost a HUGE cap hit.

Iggy is a rental who would up his game (i think) if given another chance at a cup run.

What about Mart St. Louis, Tampa isny going anywhere????

tampa would be smart to deal him. get some d back which we have plenty heck even give them one of the weaker goalie prospects we have. he has 1 year left on his current cap hit i believe is 5.75

The thought of St. Louis and Kovy playing together is just disgusting. I have no idea if St. Louis is actually available though.

It's not an automatic home run move, but Drew Stafford out of Buffalo could be an interesting move. He's struggling this year but I think that has a lot to do with needing a change of scenery. Coaching change during the season and apparently a lot of guys wanting out in Buff will do that to a player.

buffalo really needs to blow it up they arent a player or 2 away. heck they arent a player or 2 away from the playoffs. just get what you can and start it over. that guy leino? is definitely going to get bought out. but move what you can and get whatever you can. tyler myers really needs to get out of there.

Another thing to remember with st.Louis. lecavlier and that huge contract could be bought out this year.
