Week 2 wasn’t on the offense as much as it was on the defense … when you’re up 15 in the 4th you win that one even if you punt every time … Can’t make excuses for that pathetic defensive showing, we sat in zone coverage and made ZERO adjustments and got chewed the @@&$& apart … We need balance, sure, but we also need a better mix of play calling on D so QB’s don’t laugh at us …

When your defense is on the field for 42 minutes, you can't expect them to have the legs to hold a 15 point lead when your offense can't stay on the field. 75% on the offense in week 2.

When your defense is on the field for 42 minutes, you can't expect them to have the legs to hold a 15 point lead when your offense can't stay on the field. 75% on the offense in week 2.

Nah, we scored 30 points on offense, that’s more than enough to win a game, we were up 15 late and got chewed up like a play toy… We gave up 530 yards, stayed in zone prevent defenses and gave it up … Can’t put that on the offense… Good time of possession on offense always helps, but we can’t let the defense off the hook in that cluster effin mess…

Yeah, and the offense not giving them any more than 4 minutes rest at any time during the game - and mostly 2 minutes in the second half had nothing to do with the fact that nearly 400 of those yards were in the second half, when the defense was completely exhausted. But sure, the defense is a vacuum and they should hold the #2 offense from last year for 40 minutes - no problem.

I’m liking the defensive adjustments using more man coverage … It’s confused the 49rs offense a bit, but I want to see some exotic blitz packages, draw some @@$$ up ! Send Jamal, send Bobby, send a corner, mix it up, make offenses wonder what we might do … Gotta be unpredictable and make a QB think about it …
