There is a difference between playing hard nosed smash mouth football, and playing with your temper out of control. There is a difference between making an opponent pay for annoying crap and letting that player get under your nerves and lashing out at him. There is a difference between good football and the undisciplined football we have seen at times in the past. One of them creates wins ad the other turns you into a target for national media.

The Suh Stomp was a product of bad out of control lashing out undisciplined football. It is classless and stupid. Most of what Suh has done has been hardnosed football, but that stomp was not and it is nothing to be proud of. It was the one point of his career that showed true weakness. That is the last thing I want to have representing the Lions on our banner.

So since this thread has died out, I am wondering what the decision is. We put up a couple to start, but there were things we didnt like about both. I have added a couple others and there were supposed to be others to come. Im just wondering which one it looks like ti will be or is the one that is up there going to stay there?

I don't understand why this remains as the banner. Many don't like to be represented by Suh's stomp & Stafford swinging dick. I like the skyline idea, Bobby and Barry and would not mind seeing the future up there with Bush.
