For sure, I have been optimistic with him and hoping he would start the changes for the better, but he's not showing any improvement. For being such a smart kid, he doesn't even know his own limitations. You would think by now he would know he doesn't have the arm strength to roll to the left and throw down field on the run for Pete's sake!!
I hope if he plays the same against the Bears, he's on the bench.

Still holding out hope for another week though...

I had the top score in our league last week..She ended up with the 4th best score, so that sucks for her.

I hate to say it but it's time for Ponder to sit and watch, Cassel can't be any worse! Good Lord, did I just say that?

Cassel as our starter...oy. Not sure if that appeals even less to me than Ponder because Ponder DOES have flashes of brilliance occasionally...very occasionally.

I haven't seen much of McLeod Bethel-Thompson but the way the coaches slobber all over him, maybe we can give him a series or two, to rest our starter, whoever he may be.

I hear you on being patient with Ponder. Last weeks game was the first time I even had the thought of moving on from Ponder. He has been given plenty of time to shine.

I did however hear something about how the Lions had some sort of defensive play they were running that brought a lot of guys into Ponders face and two of Ponders Int's happened when Lions were running that play. I may be ready to stomach one more game with Ponder starting but if if ends up anything like last weeks game I don't see how they can logically keep marching him out there.

Yeah PC,
They were in Ponders face all day, but even so, he has no pocket presence, no internal clock and his passes were way off target. I hope that changes this week...
