For all the gnashing of teeth, US is basically guaranteed to get through and currently stands to win their group.

Pulisic finally gets someone on the back end of a cross.

3-0 now. No way they don't win this game.

Pulisic starts a breakaway, couldn't quite finish, but Jordan Morris cleans up the rebound.

Whose group? Our group!

First 2 games seem to be against Mexico and Costa Rica. 4 points would be great

USA has a world class player in Pulisic. The gap between him and a guy like Kljestan is so obvious it's almost painful. Let him continue to pull the strings. Leave Bradley further back where he belongs. Jozy is a monster when healthy.

This was definitely Pulisic's coming-out party on the national team. Had a hand in almost every goal, and should have had a goal himself. Kid's going to be a stud.

Jozy was a horse last night, too.

So, the schedule will be:

11/11/16 - vs. Mexico
11/15/16 - @ Costa Rica
3/24/17 - vs. Honduras
3/28/17 - @ Panama
6/7-8*/17 - vs. Trinidad & Tobago
6/11-12*/17 - @ Mexico
9/1/17 - vs. Costa Rica
9/5/17 - @ Honduras
10/6/17 - vs. Panama
10/10/17 - @ Trinidad & Tobago

Top 3 teams qualify for the World Cup, 4th place team has a play-in game vs. the fifth-place Asian team. Schedule is very front-loaded, with the matches against Mexico and Costa Rica being the toughest.

*June match dates to be determined, based on Mexico's schedule at the Confederations Cup.

Love the back end of the schedule. Those last 4 games we should be able to get 9 or 10 points out of those game.

I actually think Concacaf are going to get 4 teams this time around. Playing the fifth place Asian team. The only good teams in Asia are usually South Korea, Japan, and Australia. No reason why any of those teams in Concacaf should lose a playoffs to the 5th place team out of Asia.

Feel like its pretty to safe to assume USA, Mexico, and Costa Rica finish top 3

If we get 4 points out of these 2 games, we would be in a great position

Big match tomorrow. Hoping they don't get cute and bring Pulisic off the bench. His time is now...
