I'm liking what JK is doing with the young players more and more. I think it has greater potential than trying to get the same group of veterans to make that next step. These kids are hungrier, they are more willing to test themselves and play against the best in leagues other than the MLS, and we should do better in Russia. I'm already looking forward to it!

The World Cup is such a crapshoot though. One bad result in the opening match can change everything and also if they put you in a tough group with 2 or 3 other highly ranked teams. This year we got lucky that Portugal got killed by Germany in the opener or else we probably do not advance

Didn't get to see it but based on looking at stats what a disaster.

You cannot lose a game after having a 2-1 lead in the 82nd minute.

Just saw a stat on ESPN that we have been outscored 11-1 in the 2nd half of games since the world cup

You mean going to find foreign guys with American connections (which I am cool with)? Our U-17s 18s and 19s aren't very good right now.

Our youth development isn't very good considering how many kids are playing soccer in this country. It would be great if we could get youth development programs aligned with the MLS teams, much like european clubs.

3-1 Dutch now. Could be a lot more goals but both teams have missed some good opportunities

Bobby Wood made the roster for the upcoming friendlies against Peru and Brazil. Hopefully, the failed Jozy Altidore experiment will soon be over.
