USC and TExas looking for a coach. Who's happy/sad?

College coaches across the nation are probably salivating. Not at the chance to coach at TExas or USC, though I am sure many would love the chance. Think of the bump in salaries for coaches that perform. ADs will be trying to secure the loyalty of their coaches in the preferred method, cash. It is going to be a hell of a show. Rumors will fly from Saban and to MAC coaches. This has to be a nightmare for ADs across the country.

In response to the original question, I'm sad. Lane Kiffin is one of my favorite coaches. I would love to have him coach at USC forever.

No moral victories. I was simply thinking "damn, this is a good yr to be a college coach". Kind of like when the Yankees are planning to be involved in the free agent mkt. Comments have nothing do with Bama, Saban is jsut one of the rumors and an easy target. If things go bad over the next couple weeks the talk is going to get deafening. It will become a major distraction for a lot of top 20 teams and a headache for ADs
