So what? Look up Kirk cousins salary. You're not getting what I'm saying I know those guys are great players but they're not valued like a quarterback.

Didn't say they were, just arguing great DTs are not a dime a dozen.

Here we go, more lies and bullshit(why is this crap allowed on here?) Suh was a 99 which is unheard of...Last I checked, 99 is higher than 94 and you take the BEST player at #1 overall....But thanks for playing, you lose, as usual...

And that's exactly why I blocked Coug, the Bullshit gets old! And it's the same Bullshit post after post!

We already talked about that there wasn't a quarterback graded near Garrett. They had to take him. They would've been a laughing stock if they would've took a quarterback over Garrett. There wasn't a quarterback in the draft better than Bradford.

"there wasn't a QB in the draft better than Bradford" that's not saying much though! Was a weak ass QB class including Yiur boy!

Now you're talking out both sides of your mouth.

You have said MANY times that Bradford was just as good a prospect as Suh. We've proven you wrong over and over so now you're changing your tune.. Bradford was picked first because our coach thought he'd keep his job if he did. The coach was wrong and so we got stuck with an inferior player, PERIOD!!!

I'm not changing my tune. He was. I'm saying teams value quarterbacks way more. Because a quarterback is such a more important position.

I'm not necessarily saying that picking Bradford over Suh was the right decision. What I'm saying is that every NFL organization would have made that pick. When your ass is on the line and you're trying to turn an organization around you don't pick a DT over a QB when you desperately need one. Like I said show me where it has happened.

There you go again "Every" team would have made test pick. I'm so glad you have so much inside information that the rest of us peons don't!!!!

Bottomline Coug, Bradford was the wrong pick, did it work out, NO!
you keep saying it isn't his fault he plays on crappy teams, do you see the common denominator in all the teams he's played for,
IT'S HIM!!!!!!!!

And who is The quarterback that got them there?? A former number one pick. Which by the way who is still on the team. They let Suh walk. That's because DT's are a dime a dozen not so much with the quarterback Position. Capesh?

Gee I was unaware that Ryan Tannehill was a #1 overall pick?

Teams don't let #1 QBs go, im thinking the Rams and Eagles had no problem doing that?

They are way eiaser to find in the draft though. QB's have to be drafed 1 or trade up and over pay like the Rams did or just get lucky like the Cowboys. They had no intentions on drafting Dak. They wanted Lynch but Denver moved up so they picked Dak.

Wow there seems to be an awful lot of "lucky" teams then, you do realize every team doesnt have a #1 overall pick starting for them at QB, or maybe you don't?.

Yeah I do. but the conversation is about Sam and the Rams had the #1 pick at the time. Now show me a team that picked a DT #1 that was desperate for a QB but there was a QB sitting there that was rated high like Sam. I don't think it has happen because NFL teams value the QB position way more then any other spot.

For fun, I just looked up a couple scouting reports online from the 2010 draft... Here are the first two sites that popped up...

Ndamukong Suh NFL Draft scouting report

2010 Scouting Report - Ndamukong Suh - Fantasy Football NFL Draft

From the second article: "Ndamukong Suh enters the NFL after having been one of the most dominant players in college football this decade. His best fit in the NFL will come either as a defensive tackle in the 4-3 or as an end in the 3-4; I’d keep him in the 4-3 if it were up to me, as that’s where you’re going to get the most out of his abilities. Suh is a special player who offers the type of playmaking ability on the defensive line that rarely comes along. He has everything that I look for in a future elite defensive lineman in the NFL, capable of having a long, successful career with the team that drafts him. The sky is the limit for how good he can become in the NFL."

From the first article: "Suh is perhaps the best defensive tackle prospect in the last 20 years. Considered a first-round talent entering his senior season, Suh has emerged as clearly the best prospect available in the draft."

BTW Cougar I want to throw this out there... Believe it or not, I REALLY believe that you are a good guy(when you're not blinded by the whole Bradford thing)and would probably be a HELL of a guy to hang with and have a few beers with... Just be a bit more realistic and stop with the repetition of the same points, it grows tiresome and we know it all already... Why not just wait to see how things go this season before all this bravado?

Let's face it, Bradford HAS to WIN NOW... He's no "Spring Chicken" anymore..... The Vikes added a HELL of a RB, and some studs on the O-line. Not positive, but I also believe he's a free agent in 2018(but could be wrong) so he HAS to produce to stick where he is...
