My point is they traded him and everyone on here threw a party. Now our QB and draft situation is a mess.

Of course we threw a party. Rams got another barely passable QB in return, plus draft advantages including a 2nd rounder. That seemed like great return for Sam until the Eagles suckered the desperate Vikes into a 1st and 4th.

Yeah its funny the excuses you can make for Goff. He looks completely lost most of the time. I think its safe to say he won't win ROY.

Why would I expect a guy who is playing on a team whose coach was just fired and an offense run by a guy that Gurley said is a "middle-school offense" to win ROY??? Who gives a CRAP about ROY? Many of those ROY's turn out to be one year wonders or busts...

HaHA you guys keep telling yourself the Rams are so much better off without Sammy. He has the 7th BEST QB rating in the NFL (98). Let me say that again.... 7th best QB rating in the NFL. He's about to set the NFL RECORD for accuracy completion 71%. He as thrown 17 TD'S to just 4 INT. Only Tom Brady the best QB in NFL history has thrown less and he's played in 3 less games. Now the amazing thing is He's done all of this with a Terrible OL that is starting only one guy who started the season and he's playing a different position. Also a HISTORICAL (not just this year) non existent running game. Now does this sound like any QB on the Rams roster??

The Vikings were expected to be contenders, Sam even has nice stats, but reality is he led them to a 6-8 record, and his stats are nice because he is captain check down, relying on safe short yardage plays 3/4 of the time.

Thats like saying Marino sucked because he didn't win a super bowl. Football is a team sport. The Vikes started 5-0. The collapse was for a simple reason and had nothing to do with Bradford. The injuries to the OL were to much over time and teams adjusted when they knew the Vikes could not run the ball. If they can finish 8-8 its pretty amazing considering they have no running game. Wins are not easy in this league just ask Goff.
