He actually DID do a much better job than Newsom has. I don’t know if you’ve seen SF or LA lately, but they were both 100% better when Arnold was in charge.
Newsom should be terminated....

Meh, not much a governor can do if the demographics and weather are against them. That said he's not done well, although the numbers in CA are not awful, they are middle of the pack.Fair enough. We’ve also had pretty-much the harshest lockdowns and mask rules in the Country, though. And the numbers are STILL awful. Newsom has failed. Badly.
There have been other Bowls where one of the teams is at "home". The location is what it is.
Yeah they're all shit holes like Arkansas and MississippiThere seems to be a pattern of states and big cities run like shit......
1980, Rams at the Rose BowlNo, this was the first time ever.
Ok. You can put your own percentage on it, Mr. Nitpicker Guy. All I know is that people weren’t shitting in the streets and shooting heroin in the open when Arnold was in charge.I liked Arnold but 100% better is a silly exaggeration

Yes they were. And guess what? That happens in the bad parts of every big city.Ok. You can put your own percentage on it, Mr. Nitpicker Guy. All I know is that people weren’t shitting in the streets and shooting heroin in the open when Arnold was in charge.
Fair enoughThat was close, but the Coliseum was their home stadium. Not the Rose Bowl.

Crushed it 430 feet to right (I'm left handed)Strike one on the corner.....

You obviously haven’t been to those cities recently. San Francisco is unrecognizable from what it was even 10 years ago. And it’s a real shame because that was my favorite city to visit for a long time.Yes they were. And guess what? That happens in the bad parts of every big city.
Is your brother still out here?I remember visiting Carmel when was it Clint Eastwood was a politician there?
I loved that town
Hit it so far they checked my bat for cork...Feeble swing, roller back to the mound
no way they would've changed it, SB locations are decided in advance and too much money on line to change.
I've lived in the city itself for 25 years, including some grittier parts, you are simply wrong. But then again I don't go to the slums. I don't go to the slums of Houston, NYC, or Memphis either because I have no interest in being around people shitting in the street or shooting heroin. You obviously haven’t been to those cities recently.
