But have to say boy you've ran into some awful luck. Mauer with homers in 3 straight games? Not sure if he even did that shit in 2009. And Sano decided to go on one of his Power binges at same time.

Yeah, unfortunately, in the back of most of our minds, we figured this could happen... Most of us won't be surprised of this either... It was fun while it lasted... June is going to be a brutal schedule playing 1st place/2nd place teams in the AL...

When is Paxton due to come back? I always liked his pitching, guy just never stays healthy.

As to Seattle on the way to a loss... whatever. If this team can keep within 5 games back and get hot post all star and Dipoto makes smart moves we can still compete for a poff spot.

Our starting pitching went a total of 14.1 innings against the Twins in the 3 games (avg of 4.66 innings per game)... Very sad...

Its not all bad...I went to the movies with the wife and didn't have to watch my old Mariners play.

Hard to blame it on Marte and Martin being out since our starters got lit. Not sure they would have helped that.
