Just got home from work about 45 minutes ago, turned on the TV to watch Wild/Sharks and heard about Minny getting Pominville. Really surprised as I thought Fletcher was going to stand pat, but whatever.

Don't really know anything about Larson, but I've personally never been much impressed by Hackett.

... But he's young, so maybe he'll yet rise to the challenge of being a NHL caliber Goalie..

Darcy said that Pommers wasn't even the player the Wild were interested in at first. He said they talked the day before the deadline about another player, who he would not say which one, and then the Wild called him early in the morning on the 3rd, and asked what about Pommers?

Looks like the deal was too good to pass up for Darcy.

While I'm not concerned about Hackett, since he's just another goalie the Sabresa have seem to added to their collection, I'm hearing nothing but great things about Larsson, since he has the potential to be a solid player on the 2nd line, and who's categorized as a responsibly defensive forward who can also chip in offensively.

I'm more interested in the 1st pick in this year's draft though considering how deep it is.
