i play in a regular scoring FF league. we start 1QB, 3RB, 3WR/TE, 1D, 1K

my roster is:
qb- romo, freeman
rb- chris johnson, steven jackson, starks, pierre thomas, knowshon moreno
wr/te- calvin johnson, steve smith, miles austin, aj green, sidney rice
d-ravens
k-kasey

i'm about to make a trade with this guy to strengthen my RB situation. I'd trade away aj green for jackie battle and daniel thomas. what do you guys think? worth it for me? green just sits on my bench most of the time anyways and the guy i am trading with isn't much of a threat in the standings.

whats the verdict?

Don't do it, in the long run the backs you have will out perform the two you're getting.

but let me ask........if AJ Green sits on the bench, what will Battle and Thomas do, one will start?

btw - is this an 8 team league?

2 years ago around this week I traded a guy that was pretty much out of it. Later that year, he beat me in the championship. That said. I like a j green for 10 pts a game here on out. I wouldn't do it so you can plug a j into bye weeks.IMHO

i've been getting nothing out of my #3 rb and really want to upgrade. i'm #1 in WR scoring but last in RB scoring. i really need chris johnson to turn it around!!!

yeah then guess so, you'll just have to take a chance on no WR injury? taking chances is part of the FF game anyway.

If all things stay the same, I think I would do the trade because ur other receivers are so stacked. Your RBs are far more suspect and I think Battle and Thomas would help you.

I would do it. Thomas will only get better. AJ is good but you have plenty of wr depth..
