In court a lot of questions will be answered. One I particularly want to hear the answer to is why they suspended the two Pats equipment guys. Kraft and Brady have both declared that absolutely nothing wrong was done by the Pats. If that is true then why suspend two innocent equipment guys?

Even if they prove Tom Brady is innocent in the whole deflagrate ordeal he will still get suspended for not cooperating with the investigation and I don't think the courts can do anything about that since it's subjective to what the league thinks is cooperating?

So how exactly does it work that Goodell looks like less of a douche if he's called a dumbass by a federal court (yet again), as opposed to him saying that his subordinate that issued the initial ruling is a dumbass, and reducing the suspension himself? Not saying that he should or shouldn't have reduced the suspension, just wondering about the level of..... douchiness? involved. Did I just make up a new word?

Except that Brady received no notice of the penalty for this "infraction" or that he could be charged for it. It comes down to the "fairness" of the NFL procedure. But, ultimately, we'll see, won't we.

Let's see Brady's nuts if he mistakenly decides to go into a Federal court. The rules of procedure are a bit less flexible.

Nah that is good, i want a fair trial, and not possibly win by favortism. If he is truly guilty, I have no problem with a year suspension. That is having the balls deflated after the supposed "check:' by refs
