That last line is interesting
Interesting for sure. But do you think it's accurate? For me, I liked what I saw outta Diekman last year.

Agree. He was quite good imo.
True story. His only real blunder was the Adrian Gonzalez trade.

I can see Brad Wilkerson waving this way also and that looks like John Danks behind him. And there is Christian Guzman as well. Chris Davis and Tommy Hunter send their best wishes.Matt Garza & Ryan Dempster say hello.
Yes, he could. He appears to have a very good future.Rangers' Andrew Faulkner: Earns spot in bullpen
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire
Andrew Faulkner will be on the Opening Day roster, Jeff Worth of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
A former 14th-round draft pick, the 23-year-old Faulkner struggled as a starter for Double-A Frisco last season, but he quickly moved up the organizational ladder after moving to the bullpen. He had 13 strikeouts in eight scoreless innings for Triple-A Round Rock, then put up 10 strikeouts and a 2.79 ERA in 9.2 innings with the Texas Rangers . Though he he clearly has late-inning potential, Faulker may find that it's tough to climb the ladder in a solid Texas bullpen. He could, however, replace Jake Diekman as the top left-handed option.

That's funny, I felt the opposite. I was all for the Dempster trade, but was really against the Garza trade at the time.Dempster, I was on the fence about at the time. Hindsight is 50/50, so the Rangers would have been better not making the deal, but I certainly wouldn't call it anywhere close to a blunder.
Garza was the right deal to make at that time, and I still feel that way.
