Being as good of team as we are now has earned us the right to be in the conversation. And it's clear that that is indeed the case as ESPN analysts are now hopping on the bandwagon.
So ESPN saying UCF has a 91% chance of not making the playoffs is them jumping on the bandwagon now?

:burt:

:wtf:

It sure is good to have the poster of the year relegated to one shit thread no one wants to read unless they are in the mood to make fun of someone with special needs.

You forgot...

Anyone else also notice that ESPN predictor that is proof UCF has changed the system is also predicting UCF to have <1% chance of winning the title? But they are on the bandwagon right? :pound:

UCF has the same odds Boise State did under similar circumstances a few years ago. IF no more than 2 of the P5's have undefeated champions and IF the others have 2 losses or their 1 loss is something really bad and IF UCF runs the table there's an outside chance they sneak in at 4. Then there's a 99.999999999999999% chance they get their asses handed to them and the top seed gets to treat that as an extra bye week. That's basically what ESPN is saying.

Just like happened with Stanford, they can guarantee you will be top 20 when you play. And being a new up and comer there is more chance a big P5 school will be in the top 20 over you.

And you said the "stones" to reach out, not me.

You may want to check again to see who said the "stones" comment. Once again, wasn't me.

Better than what they've been saying the last 2 years. Seems to be all positivity now regarding UCF and the football program from analysts who didn't have those same things to say last year.

From ESP5N

"
No. 1 UCF
True freshman Dillon Gabriel made his second straight start and dazzled once again, supplanting more heralded transfer Brandon Wimbush to cement the job after throwing for 347 yards and four touchdowns in a decisive win over Stanford. The Knights have made a habit of beating ESPower 5N teams in nonconference play, so what happened Saturday is nothing new. But what was on full display was a team playing with a confidence, an edge and a speed advantage that flummoxed the Cardinal throughout the game. On top of it all, UCF was more physical than a team that has built its name on playing a physical brand of football. Whether an impressive win like this carries any weight with the College Football Playoff selection committee remains to be seen. If history is any indication, the victory will be explained away as UCF beating a team that was not ranked and not that good. But this was a big win, and the best thing UCF can do is to continue to win games like this to stay in the national conversation. The Knights will get another chance to make a statement in their final regular-season game against a Power 5 opponent next week at Pitt, a team it beat 45-14 last season. -- Adelson"

ACC doesnt have a school who toyed with the idea of dropping down to the FCS but instead is going to leave the conference and go independent.

To be fair tho, FSU really just should at this point.

The ACC doesn't have a team with a fake banner in their stadium claiming to be National Champions.

Also, C is the 3rd letter in the alphabet. A is the 1st. Thus ACC is 2 better than the AAC.

changing my name to ZuskerOC as I type.

Kansas would be a good team in both conferences.
