Thats funny because I distinctly remember rooting for Steve Grogan, Sam Bam Cunningham, John "Hog" Hannah...etc.

Well before Brady's time.

yup,....I remember those ol' days with grogan, eason, and don't forget Bledsoe,...I also remember going thru 5 head coach's in a 10-year span [1990-2000] .....rust,macpherson,parcells,carroll, B.B..

I'm a real fan although a late arrival.

And I don't live anywhere near NE or Texas or Arizona.

But say what you will, folks let success dictate their likes and new fans gravitate to the stars of the day.

So saying the Pats had no fans before Brady was an overstatement for sure.

But I would say for a fact Brady created a bunch of real Pats fans who aren't simply band wagoners. Like it or not. Being a fan is not some exclusive club.

Peyton Manning will win. Tom Brady will fall. Broncos defense is a lot better then last year. Pats defense im not sold on. This is their first elite QB they played all season.
