The sun was higher and more in the eyes of Brady than Manning in each of the quarters because of the switches. Tom overthrew a couple wide-open receivers because of he high sun.


The altitude was unfair to any visiting team. Playoff games in Denver should always be delayed a week to give the visiting team time to acclimate to the thinner air.


Injuries are injuries, but nobody loses their second-best player on offense to injury (Gronk) and their three best defensive players (Wilfork, Mayo, Spikes) and really is the same team. Never mind that the third-best offensive player in the last offseason turned out to be a murderous thug.

First, it's not just 'x' he'll have to cover. Manning does SO much before the snap. Sherman will be covering every receiver on the roster at one point or another. Second, he's not the only guy you have on defense. Manning is going to test ALL of them, and third, let's not forget you have to stop the run as well.
