you could easily lose you last 3 games of the year. Nobody expected you to win today right?

That's my point. Safe assumption that we make it through Kansas and WVU. So, even if we were to go 1-2 in last 3 games we still have tiebreaker over OU. If we beat TCU we are in drivers seat for the title.

You better hope so because all three of those teams will run their QB more than OU did.

Which is unacceptable considering the trouble Texas has had with running quarterbacks. Worst game plan and play calling I've seen in a long time.

Congrats texas.

We had done better up to this point than I thought we would at the beginning of the season.

Thought we would lose to ND and beat yall.

Blake Bell never found his rhythm.

Defensive line was stumpbroke.

Alexander did his best, but that wasn't near what Nelson brings...or Phillips.

Heupel isn't the man for the job. I've defended him up to this point but won't any longer.

Bob, you're on the hotseat. I'll give Mike a pass for the injuries, today.

Mike made some decent defensive adjustments to start the second half with a very hobbled defense. Heupel kept our offense out of this game. And as has already been pointed out, bob has kept him in that job. He needs to be held accountable for that.

The thing that I'm most pissed about is every time we would get Texas on their heels Heupel would abandon what was working so he could get an obligatory pass in. That's unacceptable from your offensive coordinator. He's not interested in doing what is best for the team. He wants to force the team to play his system rather than developing one around the weapons he has.

This game was winnable but the play calling took care of that and Texas took advantage of it.

I don't think it was just entirely play calling as to why they weren't running Bell. He looks hurt or something out there. Cause even those few times when he did run - designed or not - he wasn't lowering his shoulder and trucking fools like he normally would in the past few years that I've seen.

He did get dinged up in the ND game but how bad I don't know. He sure hasn't looked the same the last two weeks.

Bell being hurt has nothing to do with what I've said. Texas showed difficulty multiple times in stopping the power run game with Millard and Ford, and Heupel would abandon that after several good gains. That is piss poor play calling and it kept Oklahomans offense out of the game.

the only time you run Bell is when he pulls it down and scrambles.... never a designed play.
we have running backs to run the ball.

if Bell is injured then that's on Heupel for calling the wrong plays with him in that condition.

And for not getting knight involved in the game some. He could've made a difference. I like bell, but if he is hurt he's not enough of a game changer to play the whole game when he's hurt.

what do you expect out of Bob's assistant coaches.
they haven't been able to think on their feet in over 10 years.

Like I said, they won't be seeing any more of my money till they get Heupel the fuck out of there.

Bob deserves accountability for keeping Heupel in that booth, and he deserves accountability for keeping venebles as long as he did, but Heupel and venebles are and were inept at their job. Heupel calls the plays ONI offense. He is the biggest problem on offense.

The defense looked much better this year with mike stoops at the helm and a season under his belt till he lost two of his best players. Even then he made some positive changes at the half and got them playing defense. Something we never saw from venebles. Axing bob will not automatically make this program better. Your constant assigning of blame to him for everything is I getting old. This game is on the offensive okay calling. Get your head around that.
