I hear ya. Kathy Bates did a nude scene once in a movie and I've been mentally scarred by the memory. They should warn people about such things

The post about acquaintance rapes on campus, those convicted of all rapes, and so on.

Nowhere did I suggest that someone lacking impulse control could NOT commit the act. Just stated that most people convicted had the INTENT to do so. It is not like being in line at a store and buying something from the "impulse bins". Which is what you seem to think.

Heard Rick Neuheisel in a radio interview in Austin this morning. I always disliked the guy, probably because his teams seemed to be a thorn in Longhorns hide from time to time.

HOWEVER, I have a new-found respect for him after today. When asked about Winston, he took a deep breath, then first gave an example of his disciplinary mistakes/learning experiences. He said Jeremy Stevens, TE, got into legal trouble, and Neuheisel told him if he completed his community service, he'd let him play in second half of Michigan game. He thought, it's Michigan, they need him to play; well they didnt need him, and the kid did not learn from his mistake.

At UCLA, he had three talented freshmen who stole a purse in a common area: he suspended them for the entire season. They didnt 'take' the discipline, and all three transferred to other PAC12 schools, and started that year.

He said it's an embarrassing situation that FSU only is suspending Winston for one half. Actually, said that it's a joke. Said Winston will never learn unless he faces consequences, and that one half is not a consequence. Said FSU has talented players, they have a QB who could play for him, and that they should do just that.
