Unless Winston is very good at acting, his interviews always expose the fact that he lacks intelligence. Compare him speaking to RGIII some time. RGIII is very intelligent - and it is obvious when he opens his mouth to let words out.

I can't imagine any good reason not to ditch him. With the other things that have came to light it won't save FSU, but it would at least give them a moral leg to stand on. Plus, from reading his attorney's statements, his legal strategy is gonna be to throw FSU under the bus. Which is incredibly ironic and telling considering the lengths FSU has gone to in defense of Winston. FSU, their students, alumni and fans have sacrificed their reputations for this screw up and he clearly does not feel the need to do the same for them.

His strategy? You do realize lawyers are not allowed in on these hearings right? His lawyer pointed out that they broke their own rules in that letter. Kind of funny that you think he will throw FSU under the bus due to what his attorney who will not be involved did.

Only the accuser, accused, and person overseeing will be allowed to be involved. His words, her words, and the opinion of the 3rd party will be allowed. Doubt he throws FSU under the bus.

Common sense and intelligence do no always go hand in hand. Never have either. I usually say book smarts and common sense because I have met or known too many people who have the former, but not the latter.

He lacks common sense and personal awareness most definitely.

Did not defend the FHRITP or the crab legs. In both cases it was proven he did them. All others are accusations only.
