Yeah, I really don't. There is no evidence that one citation for petty theft and vulgar language equate to committing r*pe.


But you guys should really bring all these facts and thoughts to the DA and let him know that you have the answers.

I wasn't there & I don't have any facts or answers. I don't know that he did or did not r*pe the girl and never said he was or wasn't guilty. This case is not being tried in a court of law but in the court of public opinion. Right now, Jamies is doing nothing that would make anyone believe him. He is making himself look like an idiot, fool, and a criminal. If you can't see that then you have blinders on.

I am an A&M fan and went through all this crap with Johnny Manziel. As much as I loved what Manziel did on the field, I was ready for him to go. All the off field stuff was just too much to put up with. And all he did was get drunk and be late for a football camp and sign autographs. He wasn't stealing crab legs & soda, shooting out windows, or being accused of a felony.

Well according to Casher he deleted the video the next day. Even Meggs said they looked at his cloud and all the other meta data and could not find anything.

As far as watching the entire act they stated they watched her giving him oral sex and then she got up and slammed the door in their face after she noticed them watching and Casher videotaping it. Now you are correct nobody knows what happened once the door was slammed, but remember Casher said they were talking friendly when they were leaving. Just for a reminder here is his affidavit.

Jameis has issues. But who doesn't? He does need a proper spanking or something...you gotta admit.

I hated losing Frank Shannon but these kids have to realize that they're under a microscope, wanted or not. With the higher profile guise risking millions of dollars with every misstep.

Everyone is drawn to stuff like this, when it's not your heroes involved, due to our Springer-like society.

I'd advise you to not try so hard to challenge peoples base-instincts with arguments based in semantics...but hey, do what you do, you skrong.

I know it was a joke. I give it a 7 out of 10. I seriously do not know how he would go about doing it though.

The thing that really bothers me is not the twitter BS, but the students that started a movement to yell that phrase during the game saturday night. I really hope they do not. I am afraid they will though.

I doubt many people know this, but some students drew chalk lines around the student union yesterday stating it was a no free speech zone.

Is it possible for FSU to address it for him? It would be a productive step in decreasing the damage and diverting some of the negative attention

Stop trying to minimize it by pretending like it was just 7 people. There were a heck of lot more than just 7 students harassing the tweeters. I don't even know where you got that "7" number from.

From your post earlier. And really how am I minimizing it when I said they were dipshits who did not realize that the people tweeting it were not tweeting it to FSU? Easy to remove everything else I said except the number. There could have been a million people, but I highly doubt it. There is a very small sycophant student population at FSU. Both male and female. So I doubt it was a large number. Although neither you nor I can say for certain. Heck even the media is only showing 7-14 tweets about it.

This is one reason among many that I am not on social media. Too many dumbasses who mistake an innocent act as this was to malice, aggression, infatuation, and so on.

Look at my posts on what I would personally do to him if I were in charge of him. He would be worn out, clear, concise, and know to keep his head out of his ass. Many of these kids need the crap kicked out of them.

I try not to argue semantics, but when people use incorrect facts it just bugs me. No matter how trivial a difference there is. That is in my blood and who I am to the core. All about specifics, definitions, and so on. The only thing my wife hates about me is this. Luckily I am built like a Pringle's can.

I do not think the soda thing is a big deal, he wasn't arrested for it. The BB gun thing is not a big deal either, he wasn't arrested for it. He got cited for the crab legs and rightfully so. The latest incident, if you want to call it that, is being so overblown by the media. Skip Bayless said he should be suspended 4 games. I think Johnny and Jameis are similar in that they do not realize that everything they say/do is going to be seen, heard, tweeted, reported, and then overblown, regardless of how miniscule it is.

Not sure how that would be accepted by the masses. More than likely(assumption) it would be seen as protecting him and not him stating it due to it being wrong.

I am sure if FSU knows about it they will inform people as they go to Gameday and the game it is not acceptable. But not sure what more can be done besides a 7 second delay for TV.

My perspective really isn't clouded. This last incident sold me on the fact that Winston is a douche and doesn't get it... I stop short on going, "Well, I'll bet he DID r*pe that chick then!!".

That's really it. Like Authority (I believe) just said, I too hope that Maguire goes off and enables us to peaceably divorce ourselves from Winston. Not because I now believe Winston raped that girl, but because he's an immature tool who needs to feel fortunate that things turned out the way they did and avoid bringing any more attention to himself and he JUST......
