The 7 people harrassing them? Stupid dipshit investigators who do not realize that the people who tweeted it did NOT tweet it to FSU. Only on their general twitter account. Stupid for going after them on twitter. How could a college kid not tweet that if they felt it was odd, funny, or anything else? They put their entire lives on twitter and facebook.

His defense was not only his credibility because there were two other accounts to corrobarate. Now you can say that they lied, but how do you prove that? Neither has been in any other trouble before or since(Minus Casher for missing a class). Darby was cleared of all charges. Casher was cleared of the major charge, but found guilty of videotaping the incident.

I love the favorable power structure shit. Please tell me Meggs was in on it. Minus all the evidence to show he has NEVER been a friend to FSU athletes. No matter what Mr. Ruiz from the NYT article who used to work there says. He is pissed about losing a sexual assault case because his OWN MEDICAL EXAMINER contradicted his entire case.

I have said over and over to you that I have no problem with you believing him guilty. Just people need to stop trying to use their opinion as factual evidence and use what is actually and verifiably known.

None of us will know what really happened the night of the accused r*pe. However, Jameis has shown a pattern of behavior that would make it easy to doubt his character & credibility. It's not hard to get the impression from the soda and crab leg thefts, that he feels entitled to what ever he wants. I know it was a joke. I give it a 7 out of 10. I seriously do not know how he would go about doing it though.

The thing that really bothers me is not the twitter BS, but the students that started a movement to yell that phrase during the game saturday night. I really hope they do not. I am afraid they will though.

I doubt many people know this, but some students drew chalk lines around the student union yesterday stating it was a no free speech zone.
