He doesn't put his feet on them though. He holds them in his hands and pushes the wheel out when he goes down and pulls it in when he comes up. He does forty of them every morning. 84 years old.

40 wheel pushups and 40 sit ups ever morning

Yea. When I watched the Insanity program and see some of things they do I really think I would have to be insane to try it. I get tired just watching them do it

I have never had a incident with him but it seems to me that he can do things a lot of others have been banned for.
