yep that'd be perfect for you. You can bring veggies and grill them on it at the same time.

I'll do that if it's there's lightning out but usually I will use my gas grill. I've used the same grill for almost 15 years sirs. It gives food a flavor you cannot get from a george foreman.

It has definatley been my mine staple thus far..

Eggs and either turkey sausage or bacon for breakfast.

Then Chicken breast something or other in the evening..
I love chicken salad and I can change it many ways with thee four light dressings I bought, asian, thousand island, ranch, western... all less than 70 cal per 2 tbsp

I used to only get lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles on my sub..........

Now I get thee works.........minus thee spinach. There be no reason to get spinach and lettuce. Last sammich I got was stacked so high I had to squeeze it down to make it fit in me mouth
