I made kiwi preserves last night. They tasted good when I tasted them as they were cooling down, but now that they're cold, I feel like they're missing something. Maybe next time I'll follow the recipe and add pineapple.

Well it's kiwis, pink lady apples, lemon juice, and sugar. It really shouldn't be bad, and it tasted so good last night...this is annoying.
