Back from a party. Had finger foods until I was stuffed. Shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, roast beef, several cheeses.
And lots of beer.

Just made an amazing burger. Ground beef mixed with garlic, onion and some other herbs and spices. Fried an egg, put it on top with a little bbq sauce. And had a nice big glass of milk with it. Delicious.

So I'm making ribs for today, and about to marinate the wings for tomorrow. Making mashed potatoes for both days, as well as corn on the cob, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus.

Do I make chicken soup (I always use the wing tips from wings in the soup - tastes better that way) tonight, or wait until Tuesday?
