A very interesting recruit to watch is 4-star SDE David Ojabo, who signed with Michigan yesterday after committing to the Wolverines in July.

David Ojabo, Blair Academy, Strong-Side Defensive End

David Ojabo was born in Nigeria where he lived until age 7.... he then spent the next 8 years living in Scotland, and the past two years in New Jersey.

Ojabo was not familiar with American football until he started playing it last year, and he took to the game like a natural.... he supposedly possesses crazy athleticism.

Once Wolverines DC Don Brown gets to developing Ojabo at Michigan, in addition to hitting the weight-room, look out.... methinks this kid is going to be a beast.

UM may finished ranked higher, but OSU is only behind Bama and Georgia in average score per recruit. UM is around 15th in average score per recruit.

We are higher because we signed 27 and they signed 15. That’s the only reason.

If you remove all of our 3 stars, we rank literally 1 spot behind Ohio State. Those 3 stars are also important for depth. I actually think it's a benifit to have a class this size more than 50% filled with highly ranked talent, and then filled with guys the coaches liked in the 3 star range. You do find talent there and some of those 3 stars are borderline 4 star guys. A lot of them have a fourth star on one of the sites but just don't average a 4th in the 247 collective rankings.

Gotta consider quality and quantity. Oklahoma is ranked 8th on 24/7 with 21 commits with A&M ranked at 3 ahead of them with 25 yet ranks higher with an average recruit ranking. Same for Ohio state can Michigan.
