After tonight's loss, the season is going to go one of 2 ways 1) the BP mans up and we win most of the series going forward 2) we lay down and die and lose the division

I guess last night's loss is a way of evening things out. I guess it cancels out us pulling that win out of our ass in Cleveland in the night cap of a double header.

This team reminds me an awful lot of the ‘82 team.

That team very narrowly won the division namely due to its hot start of going 13-0. Team played .500 ball the rest of the time & really wasn’t as good as the Dodgers, who finished behind ‘em.

If not for the hot June, the Braves would not have a nice lead in the division, as they’ve pretty much been a .500 team at all other times.
